This document explains what data the BMA Russland website may receive when a request is submitted and how the company uses it for follow-up communication.

1. Terms and definitions
Website administration means authorized persons acting on behalf of BMA Russland LLC who organize personal data processing.
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or indirectly identifiable website user.
Personal data processing means any action with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, storage, clarification, use, transfer, blocking, deletion and destruction.
2. General provisions
Use of the website means that the user accepts this Policy and the terms of personal data processing.
If the user does not agree with the Policy, the user should stop using the website.
This Policy applies only to the BMA Russland website. The website administration does not control third-party websites that may be reached through external links.
3. Scope of the policy
The Policy sets out the website administration's obligations to protect personal data provided by a user through the feedback form.
The feedback form may process the following data:
- user's surname, name and patronymic where provided;
- user's contact phone number;
- user's email address;
- comment attached to the request;
- page address from which the request was submitted.
4. Technical data
The website may process technical information for correct operation, analytics and abuse prevention:
- IP address;
- cookie data;
- browser, device and operating system information;
- access time;
- visited page address;
- referrer or previous page address.
5. Purposes of personal data collection
The user's personal data may be used for the following purposes:
- processing the user's request;
- follow-up by phone or email;
- preparing a consultation, price estimate or commercial proposal;
- improving website quality;
- detecting and preventing fraud, spam and technical abuse;
- complying with applicable legal requirements.
6. Processing methods and retention periods
Personal data is processed on a lawful and fair basis and is limited to specific, predetermined and legitimate purposes.
Personal data is stored for the period required to achieve the processing purposes unless another period is established by applicable law.
Personal data is deleted or anonymized after the purposes are achieved or when processing is no longer required.
7. Data transfer
Requests submitted through the feedback form are sent to the website administration email address used for processing inquiries.
The website administration does not sell or disclose personal data to third parties without a lawful basis or user consent.
Cross-border transfer of personal data is not performed unless it is required to fulfill the user's request or required by law.
8. Personal data protection
The website administration applies necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution and other unlawful actions.
The user undertakes to provide current and accurate data required to process the request.
9. Dispute resolution
Before going to court over disputes arising between the user and the website administration, the parties seek to resolve the dispute through a claim procedure.
The recipient of a claim reviews it within 30 calendar days from receipt and notifies the applicant of the result.
This Policy and the relationship between the user and the website administration are governed by applicable law of the Russian Federation.
10. Additional terms
The website administration may update this Policy. A new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the website unless the new version provides otherwise.
